At Ninex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return
  • A gift certificate will be issued once the returned item is received

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be sent to the original purchaser

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted

For high-value items:

  • Use a trackable shipping service
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance
